IMG Hospital in Punta Cana together with INFOTEP held a workshop on "Culture of Service and Effective Communication".

Punta Cana, June 22, 2024 - As part of the celebration of our seventh anniversary, IMG Hospital held its first workshop of the Continuing Education Plan last Saturday, June 22. The workshop, entitled "Service Culture and Effective Communication," was given by Mr. Vladimir Rondón through INFOTEP (@infoteprd), at no cost to participants.

In collaboration with the IMG Hospital's Research and Continuing Education Committee (CIEC-IMG), the event brought together an enthusiastic group of guests and members of our valued staff. The goal of the workshop was to strengthen our team's service and communication skills, essential elements in delivering high quality and empathetic medical care.

We thank everyone who made this event possible and the participants for their dedication and enthusiasm.
